What was the task to be completed?

Create a quiz for any grade level using topics from a subject area of choice. 

Outline step-by-step procedures on how to complete the task 

I first went on to my gmail account and  selected the Google Apps dialogue box. I then clicked on Google Drive which took me to my google drive account. From there I clicked on My Drive which took which showed me a drop down box with apps. In searching for Google Forms, I didn't see it so I searched further by clicking on more then clicked on google forms. When I got in I clicked Blank Form then added a section for the students name as short answer. I then proceeded to writing my first question as a paragraph and the others were multiple choices. to add another question, I clicked on the nearby plus sign. The plus sign was included in a dialogue box which also afforded me the opportunity to add photos, videos, sections and titles. To add a title to the entire form, I highlighted the topic on the document and then clicked in the space which said untitled and the name was changed. To change the form color, I had to click on the palette at the top of the screen. I then proceeded to sending my form to the class and  Mrs Roberts and my answer key only and to Mrs Roberts via Google Docs.

What were the challenges faced in this class? If any how were they overcome? 

The sole challenge I faced was adding a question because I kept clicking the wrong one however, with some help from Mrs Roberts, I found the plus sign. 

Was there anything new new learnt as a result of this learning experience? What was it and how did you benefit from it? 

Though I was familiar with Google Forms, I never created one for myself. So from this, I learnt how to create one of my own. 

Explain how you will use/implement what was covered in the lesson in your classroom?

I could use this as a tool for evaluating my students within my classroom and checking their progress.
